What we do on your commercial vehicle's tyres

  • Repairing tyres on site — nail and sidewall damage, hot and cold vulcanisation, mushroom, patch and combination repairs on tube and tubeless tyres
  • Changing a complete wheel — quickly swapping in a ready-mounted wheel so the run continues without a long stop
  • Mounting and demounting the casing — fitting and stripping on the rim, common sizes 315/70 R22.5, 315/80 R22.5, 385/65 R22.5
  • Straightening or replacing the rim — your spare or a new rim in case of a crack or impact, plus repair of steel rims
  • Fitting a spare or loaner wheel and emergency mounting on the road, so you can carry on
  • Twin tyres on the drive axle — demounting, mounting, repositioning and rotating
  • Balancing, tyre pressure and valves — balancing commercial vehicle wheels, correcting pressure (nitrogen too), replacing valves and inserts
